Emma McAndry, the Founder of Essential Mediation Solutions has extensive experience in workplace disputes. She has acted as an in-house gatekeeper, assessing disputes appropriate for mediation and acted as a lead mediator in co-mediations for a large number of cases.
Emma also has expertise in mediating team disputes from several participants to whole departments. She now conducts such mediations in collaboration with a handpicked panel of CMC registered mediators with expertise in Workplace Mediation disputes.
Members of the EMS Workplace Mediation panel are particularly familiar at dealing with matters within a variety of Universities, Councils, Local Authorities as well as businesses and manufacturers.

Emma is an award-winning mediator, dual registered with the CMC for Civil/Commercial and Workplace mediation and awarded Fellowship in recognition of her 'extensive mediation experience.'
