This course allows you to become a workplace mediator without having to do a prior civil and commercial mediation course.

Workplace Mediation Conversion Course
For Civil and Commercial Mediators to enhance their provision.
Mediation in the Workplace is a growing area of dispute resolution. This is a highly interactive course that builds on your Civil and Commercial Mediation training.
This can also be used as annual CPD hours for CMC purposes.

Training in Facilitated Conversations in the Workplace
Two day course £595 + VAT
This course is great for team leaders/line managers. The training course will enable you to understand whether, when and how to facilitate a constructive conversation between disputing colleagues.
Mediation Representation Training Course
For those who want to know how to represent a client and negotiate in an effective manner in mediation.
Friday 22nd March 9.30am - 4.30pm for those with some knowledge of mediation. For those without, there is a 2 hour foundation session on Thursday 21st March, 1.30pm - 3.30pm

For those new to mediation.

Our training enables delegates to become fully accredited mediators. As well as mediation training and development we are also able to provide, business development, marketing and administration services for newly qualified mediators.
