Emma McAndry
Founder & Director
Emma is skilled at training and has successfully trained hundreds of mediators since 2014. Delegates have travelled from several nations including Nigeria, the Bahamas, Mauritius, Cyprus, South Africa, America and Germany,, to be trained by Emma. She has also delivered training abroad and helped set up training courses internationally. EM Solutions continues to support delivery of training abroad, including Cyprus.
In addition, whilst a law lecturer, Emma trained students for National and International Mediation Competitions who went on to enjoy great successes with multiple wins.
She is a member of the international AMATI (Association of Mediation Assessors, Trainers and Instructors), invited in recognition of her experience.
Emma was shortlisted as Best Trainer in the National Mediation Awards 2020 and won the Best Mediation Trainer of the Year in the UK from the Corporate INTL Global Awards in 2022/23

Mediation in the Workplace is a growing area of dispute resolution.
This course allows you to become a workplace mediator without having to do a prior civil and commercial mediation course.

Workplace Mediation Conversion Course
For Civil and Commercial Mediators to enhance their provision.
Mediation in the Workplace is a growing area of dispute resolution. This is a highly interactive course that builds on your Civil and Commercial Mediation training.
This can also be used as annual CPD hours for CMC purposes.

Training in Facilitated Conversations in the Workplace

This course is great for team leaders/line managers. The training course will enable you to understand whether, when and how to facilitate a constructive conversation between disputing colleagues.

The Introduction to Mediation and Negotiation in Mediation are stand alone modules. However, both are pre-requisites to The Practice of Mediation Representation module, unless you have a previous understanding of mediation, in which case only Negotiation in Mediation is required.
All three modules combined equate to a certificate in Mediation Representation.

Our training enables delegates to become fully accredited mediators. As well as mediation training and development we are also able to provide, business development, marketing and administration services for newly qualified mediators. We collaborate with The Mediation Consultancy to be able to offer these services.

Post mediation training course support
EMS trainers will provide support to mediators who have attended one of their mediation training course, to help them progress their mediation career.
