A Chartered Coaching Psychologist, Chartered Occupational Psychologist and experienced

senior manager who has worked on national governance boards. Gordon has a background in leadership development, assessment and organisational behaviour. He has worked in complex and challenging public and private sector environments.

Bob has been coaching managers and executives for twenty five years – in the energy industry, at the University of Warwick, and with a range of private clients. He has also been a supervisor of the coaching practice of other coaches for the last ten years. Accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach and as a Supervisor by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Emma is a CEDR certified and accredited workplace mediator, providing specialist mediation services to organisations where conflict has arisen internally. She is also a fully qualified and experienced Coach with her own Consultancy Service. Clients have noted in particular her warm approach and ability to find a way forward and manage difficult conversations. 

Graham has a depth of experience in managing workplace conflict. His background and knowledge of organisational development brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his mediation work in organisations within areas such

as ineffective management, equity and diversity, relationship breakdown, dysfunctional teams and ineffective inter-personal communication
