The Civil Mediation Council is the largest registering organisation for mediation in England and Wales and many of the country’s top mediators are CMC members. All EMS mediators are part of that organisation.
In line with the CMC (Civil Mediation Council) ethos, EMS believe that the whole of society will benefit from the greater use of civil and commercial mediation. EMS are proud to be affiliated with the CMC as a registered mediation provider.
The CMC is a membership organisation, providing the public with a list of qualified civil and commercial mediators. All EMS panel members are CMC registered meaning that they will have undertaken an approved accredited training programme, follow a professional code of conduct and are committed to continued professional development on an annual basis. All EMS mediators will also have a complaints process in place and have professional indemnity insurance.
